LOWER LEVEL

We are building a Strauss, and our specific model is called Basement Level Entry with Garage.  Our home will have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.  The "basement" is really on ground level, so it isn't really a basement.  In addition to the garage, the lower level will feature our second master suite.  French doors from the bedroom will open up to the patio and back yard, which the window in the bathroom will also overlook.  We will have no homes behind us, just lots of trees and extended green space, so we will have a great view and lots of outdoor space for the kids to play!

MAIN LEVEL

Our main level will feature an open concept living room, kitchen, dining room, and morning room.  We will have a large bay window in the front right of the living room.  Our kitchen will include the optional island and optional hutch.  We plan to use the large space in front of the island as a second seating area for relaxing, and we plan to use the morning room as our dining area.  French doors off the morning room will lead to our deck, which will overlook our spacious and green back yard!

UPPER LEVEL

Our upper level will feature our master suite with tray ceiling and walk-in closet.  Our master bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower with seat, and a large soaking tub.  Our master suite overlooks the backyard.  Additionally, this level includes two bedrooms and a hall bath for our kids.  Our laundry room will also be on this floor.  There is a nice nook at the top of the stairs that we plan to use for a desk that will serve as family central.
